The townhouse in Salou is a beautiful tourist home located in the quiet area of Cap Salou, a few meters from the best beaches in Salou, such as Cala Crancs and Platja Llarga. In addition, it is surrounded by golf courses and is close to Port Aventura.
This house is divided into two floors and has a terrace-solarium at the top with views of Port Aventura and the sea. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a spacious living-dining room. From the living room, you can access through some windows to a small private garden with barbecue.
The residential complex in which the house is located has garden areas and a large community pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing during the holidays.
The location of the house is exceptional, just 500 meters from the beach. In addition, there is a supermarket less than 50 meters away and a bus stop about 100 meters away, which facilitates access to other areas of interest.
As part of the services of the hotel industry, Planet Costa Dorada undertakes to offer reception and permanent customer service, weekly cleaning of the accommodation, weekly change of bed and bathroom linen, laundry service, luggage storage and service restaurant and catering.
It is important to bear in mind that the operation and hours of the community pools are subject to current regulations applied in each community of owners, with the aim of guaranteeing a safe and healthy environment in these facilities, especially in relation to COVID-19.
